Rouge is undoubtedly one of the top 10 female rapper in South Africa, despite being born in Zimbabwe.
The star conversed with followers on social media, and dropped names of her favourite music producers.
She was asked to mention one, but she got stuck and mentioned three.
The first music producer on her list is Wichi. His real name is Cholwe Munyati, and he’s often described as one of the most innovative producers to come out of South Africa. The 24 year old Zambian-born, Midrand-based producer has produced for the likes of Priddy Ugly, Rouge and KLY to name a few.
The second producer mentioned is Tweezy. He is a popular SA producer who have produced for the likes of AKA and Cassper Nyovest. He’s got a good year 2020, despite opening up on depression battled in 2019.
The third producer Rouge revealed is Mae N. Maejor. The Zambian star has produced for a number of established African music Stars particularly from South African Africa Such as Da L.E.S, Shekhinah, Yanga Chief, Nadia Nakai, Jidenna among others. He was rewarded a Gold Award by “Sony Music Africa” for producing the Smash hit “Different” by Shekhinah”.
