Major League DJz have catapulted Amapiano genre to an exciting level, as they are seen performing to a large crowd abroad.
It’s been South Africans dream that the genre gets a world-wide recognition, and lots of amapiano producers like Kabza De Small, MFR Souls and many more, including DJ Maphorisa -who can be called an expert of all genre have put in lots of work over the years to make the sound big.
However, things are beginning to get interesting as the Major League are seen taking over as kings.
Not only are they giving the genre exposure via their weekly Balcony mixes, but they are in London performing at a sold out show.
This particular achievement is the dream of other amapiano artists who have given all efforts in promoting the sound even when it was yet to be regarded.
Within the past 2 months, the musical duo have been touring different cities in Africa and are currently in London playing South African Amapiano songs to large crowd.
Even Davido and Stonebwoy were seen at the show, giving their utmost support.
Well, the above explantion generated an idea that other Amapiano producers might have a problem with what the duo are doing, as they are seen kinging over the genre, using the hashtag, “Amapiano to the World.”
They also have a project on the way named after the hashtag, and it’s assumed that their collaboration with Wizkid and Tiwa Savage will be on it.
