DJ Maphorisa took the fight back to Prince Kaybee on calling Amapiano pioneers “kids”.
This all started when Prince Kaybee made his view on Amapiano promotion and included in his statement “Let the kids tell their story”.
Prince Kaybee made a comment on Amapiano pioneers starting a documentary on Netflix. He meant this by them outlining the culture and its roots. He made an exclusion to this opinion by telling the industry to sideline those who left their genre to jump on Amapiano.
The Amapiano cats should compile a NetFlix special outlining the culture and its roots. And please the artists that left their genres to jump on the Amapiano wagon must not be in this, LET THE KIDS TELL THEIR STORY.
