Cassper Nyovest mourns the death of a father figure, and his fans express condolence.
On Sunday afternoon, the rapper shared a man’s photo on social media; revealing that he’s passed on, and appreciated him for everything he’s done in his life.
Mufasa captioned it with: “RIP papa. Thank you for everything.”
However, fans were divided by the man’s identity. While some assumed it was his father, a few others just paid tribute.
The late man’s name is Edgar Dikgale, popularly known as Brother E.D. He is said to be a legend in the radio industry.
Brother E.D is also known by other celebs, as a few other stars mentioned his name and paid tribute to the legend.
Cassper further clears the air about the man and why his death hurts him.
“I see some people are confused about this post. I know i don’t need to explain myself but just to put the facts out, this man was not my biological father but he lived with my mom for years & he has been the man in my mom’s life for years hence he is my dad. RIP Papa Edgar.”
