Emtee has put out a warning to anyone who enjoys calling him a rapper.
The star has been quite vocal about what he wants and what he doesn’t want this year, especially since his departure from former record label, Ambitiouz Entertainment.
According to SA Hip Hop Mag, the father of 2 says he doesn’t want to be called a rapper, but a musician.
He further urged people, that they are allowed to call their favourite artist a rapper, but not him.
“Please don’t call me a rapper, I’m a musician….don’t call me a rapper I’m a musician. Call your favorite rapper that,” he said.
The reason behind this new decision is best known to him.
Recently, the African trapper told fans to stop calling him an “award-winning” artist. This is because his former label is yet to give him all the awards he won, leaving him with no awards.
He also mocked the Mercedez Benz tattoo on his neck, as it was also reported that the record label ceased his 2 benz rides.
