Big Xhosa gives his two cents on the snub from the South African Music Awards (SAMA27)
The 2021 nominees were announced on Wednesday night and the organizers got dragged as they didn’t nominate some musician who ought to be on the list.
The likes of Makhadzi and Big Zulu trended as people claim they ought to be nominated. The Maskandi singer said she’s heartbroken as this is the second time she’s being snubbed.
Interestingly, Big Xhosa claimed some persons mentioned him for being snubbed.
Being surprised, he took to Twitter that he just arrived the music industry 3 weeks ago, which simply means he known he ought not to be on the list yet.
Though, he empathized with Makhadzi for not being nominated.
“Why are some of you guys saying I should be nominated for SAMAs? I just arrived 3 weeks ago ..They did Makhadzi wrong tho!” he said.
Meanwhile, the upcoming rapper said he quit rapping some weeks ago; it appears that some persons are confused on his stand.
Is he in the game or out of the game?
