Kelly Khumalo calls out the South African Music Awards (SAMA27) to remover her from whatever category she’s been nominated this year, 2021.
Taking to social media, the singer asked the organizers to respect her work and remove her from the list of nominees, as it’s an insult to her work.
“Dear @TheSAMAs I humbly ask that you remove my work out of what ever category you might have nominated me for. As much as I respect what you do, I also ask that you respect my hard work and effort,” she said.
“How dare they insult my hard work like that!” She added.
While lots of musician are vexed for not being nominated, Kelly seem to be on another lane, as she doesn’t need them to validate her.
Some fans supported Kelly, while a few said she’s seeking for attention.
