Sha Sha explains why she couldn’t show up for the Victoria Falls Carnival, and she also tendered an apology to everyone disappointed by her no-show.
The singer has been silent on social media for months, from not posting to taking down all her posts on Instagram.
In an official statement shared on her Facebook page, the star said her environment has been going through some changes and she’s at a moment that marks the end of something, but also the beginning of others too.
Due to all she was encountering, she couldn’t attend the show, which is apologetic for.
“I know this caused a lot of disappointment but I am asking you to please trust me to make it up to you. My team and I are working hard to come up with a new plan, together with the festival organisers who have been incredibly patient and supportive. I hope we can announce our plans, alongside some even more exciting news, in the weeks to come,” she concluded her statement.
Meanwhile, Sha Sha alongside Kabza De Small and DJ Maphorisa were asked to pay 500 000 by Zimbabwean impresarios for refusing to show up at the carnival.
