Sjava shares his side of the story on the rejection he also faced in the music industry. He spoke of a music label rejecting him because he was not on Social Media.
Sjava brought his fans’ attention to the issue after a follower asked him if he could with upcoming artists or not. Getting motivation from that, Sjava replied he does not care how famous someone is but he rolls with talents instead.
He went further to share what he faced in the music industry in 2015. Quoting him directly he said, “I once sent my music to one of the big labels in South Africa in 2015 and they told me I am good but they can’t sign me because I am not on social media. I DON’T HAVE FOLLOWERS”
Justifications keep coming on of how messed the industry is, but artists like Sjava have made his announcement he’ll always do what is right.
I always do I have always done that
I don’t care how famous you are aslong as you talented we rock
