Berita announced that her husband, Nota Baloyi has tested positive for COVID-19 on the 21st of December, 2020.
The singer also spoke about how Nota had predicted about the virus being a pandemic since 2019.
She also spoke about the second wave.
“Exactly 10 days before 2020 ends my husband tested positive for COVID 19. Let me tell you something about this man.”
1. He knows everything!!! He knew Covid 19 was going to be a global pandemic December 2019 when the first known cases broke out.
2. This man is extremely cautious. Well he has the privilege to work from home and the past few weeks he took it a step further by staying home at least 90% of the time.
“I on the other hand have been torn, I’ve been partially on the road performing at live events whilst trying my best to get on and off stage as quickly as possible to avoid catching the Rona. How it skipped me and went straight to my husband who has been chilling at home is beyond me,” she added.
“My point is that COVID 19 second wave is real. We are currently fighting it. My prayers to anyone who is fighting COVID 19. It’s a really difficult time but we will conquer and we will be victorious,” Berita concluded.
The vocalist and music businessman tied the knot this year, but they’ve been quite private about their personal life.
