Faith Nketsi has finally made it clear that she isn’t doing music again.
The socialite dropped a hip hop EP in 2019 under DJ Maphorisa’s label, but it didn’t end well, as critics didn’t find her rap songs appealing.
Lots of social media users called her out months ago, after her silence in the hip hop industry got extremely obvious.
Faith recently made it known that’s she’s officially done with rapping career, as she has no time.
The reality TV star appreciated DJ Maphorisa for letting her experiement.
“I don’t think it’s in me any more and I don’t have the time for it.”
“When I got signed to the record label (Maphorisa’s) it was very clear that it was just something I was trying out. It was something that both me and Maphorisa were like, ‘OK let’s try to do this and see what will happen.”
“I mean, for me, I love hip hop, I always say that. When I got into it, same as season one (of her reality show) I didn’t know what I was doing. But now I see that this is very time consuming and it needs a lot of passion and something that I can’t really give to the music industry like that,” Faith said.
