Tshego claims he’s been silently fighting against Cassper Nyovest’s Family Tree record label.

Taking to Twitter on Sunday, the No Ties hitmaker made it known that he was not paid for songs made while he was under the label.

This sent a huge shock to some social media users, and Cassper was called out, but he is yet to respond.

“f I told you I haven’t seen a single cent (sales) from HENNESSY, GARDEN, THE VIBE, TELL EM SAY, SO HIGH, DEM AH WIND, etc… what would you say? Mind you, I OWN THE MASTERS ON ALL THESE SONGS!” he tweeted.

Tshego is expected to update fans on the court’s decision, as he tweeted: “Been fighting a very silent legal battle. And when I win this case on Monday the humble shit stops.”

Meanwhile, some tweeps dug out Tshego’s old tweet, on how he testified to enjoying the label’s contract.

“BIG! I won’t lie our deal with Family Tree is basically unheard of. Cass doesn’t make ANY money from his artists right now, by choice. And that allowed us to create an environment where everyone is their own boss with their own teams, but contributing to one goal. Fuck shit up,” he tweeted back in 2018.
